Damage, Return & Exchange Policies
If you have received a gift basket and it has been damaged in transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and we can discuss replacement of the gift. If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
SeaScape Gift Baskets recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by our customers. None of the information provided by our customers is ever sold off or shared to third parties. SeaScape Gift Baskets uses e-mail address’s provided by our customers to send order and delivery confirmations. Alcohol Policy
As defined by the BC Liquor Control Act, we are able to ship gift baskets with Alcohol to recipients that are 19 years of age or older. Alcoholic beverages are purchased directly from the BC Liquor Store at the time of order, as we are not permitted to store alcohol on premise.
Substitution Policy
As product availability may vary, SeaScape Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value. We do our best to ensure your gift is exactly what is shown online but due to circumstances beyond our control sometimes our suppliers may be out of stock of a certain product.
